Your mission at Dataventure
Dataventure is looking for a CRM Consultant (V.I.E) to strengthen its CRM & Data Operations team in Barcelona.
Following the departure of a senior CRM team member, this role aims to support CRM activities across multiple client accounts while progressively developing strategic CRM expertise.
In the first phase of the role, you will primarily focus on CRM campaign coordination and execution, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of our tools, processes and client environments.
As you grow in the position, your role will progressively evolve toward a more consultative and strategic position, including performance analysis, client relationship management and participation in CRM lifecycle strategy discussions.
You will work closely with internal teams (studio, data, tech) as well as with clients.
Key responsibilities
1. CRM campaign coordination and production
During the initial phase of the role, you will actively contribute to CRM campaign execution in order to develop a strong understanding of our operational ecosystem.
• Support the coordination and production of CRM campaigns (email marketing and lifecycle communications)
• Manage campaign briefs and coordinate internal teams (studio, data, tech)
• Ensure deadlines and quality control before campaign deployment
• Understand the technical setup and operational processes behind CRM programs
2. Client relationship management
As you progress in the role, you will become increasingly involved in the operational management of client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and operational follow-ups
• Prepare campaign tracking documents and performance reports
• Coordinate client requests with internal teams
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and delivery teams
3. CRM performance analysis
You will contribute to analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Prepare insights and recommendations for clients
• Contribute to periodic performance reviews
4. CRM strategy contribution
Working alongside the CRM team, you will contribute to the evolution of CRM and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Support the development and improvement of CRM lifecycle strategies
• Propose ideas to optimize campaigns, segmentation and customer journeys
• Participate in discussions around CRM roadmaps and program evolution
5. Process improvement and automation
• Contribute to improving CRM production processes
• Support internal initiatives around workflow optimization and automation
• Help document operational processes and internal best practices
6. AI curiosity and innovation
At Dataventure, we are increasingly exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence to optimize CRM workflows, campaign production and strategic analysis.
In this context, we are looking for someone who is:
• Curious about AI tools applied to marketing and productivity
• Interested in marketing automation and workflow optimization
• Open to experimenting with new technologies and innovative approaches
Profile
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Data or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, consulting or account management
• Strong interest in CRM strategy and customer lifecycle marketing
• Ability to combine operational rigor with strategic thinking

V.I.E Eligibility
This position is offered under the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program. To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Be under 28 years old at the time of application
• Be a citizen of a European Union country
• Must not have previously worked in Spain under a local employment contract
• Be eligible for the V.I.E program managed by Business France
