Soft skills assessment
If your application is selected, you will receive a personality test to complete.
Lasting about 30 minutes, this test covers three dimensions:
Personality – to assess cultural fit
Motivation – to measure your commitment
Reasoning – to evaluate your logical abilities
It helps us identify profiles that align best with our teams and the proposed missions. You will be informed quickly if you are invited to this stage.

HR interview
This exchange with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, lasting about 30 minutes, is a great opportunity to go beyond the resume: we want to better understand your background, motivations, and aspirations.
We will also take the time to talk to you about the position, our company, and answer all your questions.
This is an important step to see if what we have to offer matches what you are looking for.
This is not a "trap" interview: what matters to us is a sincere, transparent, and constructive exchange. The most important thing is that you remain yourself.

Technical interview
During this second exchange (about 45 minutes to 1 hour), you will meet a manager to discuss the position more concretely.
We will cover key responsibilities, ongoing projects, as well as the expected skills. This will also be an opportunity to evaluate together your approach to concrete situations and your understanding of our environment.
On your side, feel free to ask all your questions: about the team, the tools we use, or our daily expectations.
This interview aims to confirm not only that you have the necessary skills but also that the position matches your desires and that you are ready to fully invest in this adventure with us.

Meeting with a Co-Founder
This last step, lasting about fifteen minutes, will allow you to meet one of the co-founders of the company.
It is a privileged moment to discuss our vision, but especially your professional aspirations and what matters to you.
We would like to better understand what motivates you, how you envision yourself, and what you would like to build with us.
It is also an opportunity for you to freely discuss the future of the company, our ambitions, and how you could play a key role in it.
This exchange is primarily to see if we share the same energy, common desires, and if we want to move forward together.

As for the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise), this program is aimed at young people aged 18 to 28, of European nationality, for an international assignment lasting between 6 and 24 months.
