Soft skills assessment
If your application is shortlisted, you will receive a personality assessment to complete.
Lasting approximately 30 minutes, this assessment covers three dimensions:
Personality – to assess cultural fit
Motivation – to measure your level of engagement
Reasoning – to evaluate your logical abilities
It helps us identify profiles that best match our teams and the roles we offer. You will be informed quickly if you are invited to this stage.
HR interview
This approximately 30-minute discussion with our Talent Acquisition Specialist is a great opportunity to go beyond your CV and better understand your background, motivations and career aspirations.
We will also take the time to present the role, our company, and answer all your questions.
This is an important step to assess whether what we have to offer matches what you are looking for.
This is not a “trick” interview: what matters most to us is a sincere, transparent and constructive exchange. Above all, we want you to be yourself.
Technical interview
During this second interview (approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour), you will meet with a manager to discuss the role in more detail.
We will cover key responsibilities, ongoing projects and the skills expected. It is also an opportunity to assess together how you approach real-life situations and your understanding of our environment.
On your side, feel free to ask any questions you may have about the team, the tools we use or our day-to-day expectations.
This interview aims to confirm not only that you have the required skills, but also that the role matches your ambitions and that you are ready to fully commit to this journey with us.
Meeting with a Co-Founder
This final step, lasting around 15 minutes, will give you the opportunity to meet one of the company’s co-founders.
It is a privileged moment to discuss our vision, but above all your professional aspirations and what truly matters to you.
We would like to better understand what motivates you, how you see your future, and what you would like to build with us.
It is also an opportunity for you to freely discuss the company’s future, our ambitions, and the role you could play within it.
This exchange is above all about seeing whether we share the same energy, common aspirations, and the desire to move forward together.

As for the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise), this program is aimed at young people aged 18 to 28, of European nationality, for an international assignment lasting between 6 and 24 months.
